IF WE ARE STORING YOUR VEHICLE ON BEHALF OF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, WE ARE UNABLE TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE UNTIL WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AUTHORISATION FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

All storage is in our secluded and secure yards, with 24/7 CCTV. Located In both Braintree, Essex & Brinkley, Newmarket. We work with some of the UKs largest insurance companies and as you can imagine our storage yards can be very busy, so all visits to our site are strictly by appointment only, any unannounced visits you will be turned away.

If you plan on collecting your personal belongings from your vehicle, you must arrange a time and day with our Storage Team

​

If you plan on collecting your own vehicle, we will not be releasing the vehicle without both prior authorisation from your insurance and outstanding fees have been cleared.

Only Loler Certified Recovery Vehicles will collect from our yards.

Any booked visits to our yard will be Strictly Between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
